Halo & Co Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will begin processing the following Monday. Any pre-ordered items please allow up to 3-5 weeks for your order to ship. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen conditions that delay delivery times.

For UK addresses only, Halo & Co offer Royal Mail 2nd class signed for shipping through which customers receive their orders 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Cost for shipping:
We also provide domestic express service through Royal Mail special delivery NEXT DAY by 1 pm. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM. Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as delivery days.
A signature is required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Cost £7.95
International shipments are shipped via courier who provides customs clearance and delivery service within 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. (A delivery ignored or refused by the receiver is deemed "abandoned" no refunds will be made.) All duties and taxes are Not the responsibility of Halo & Co and must be paid by the importer.
Gift wrapping is available for all orders for an extra cost. (Since packages are opened and checked by customs we cannot guarantee international gift wrapping will arrive unopened). All items are packaged securely.
Tracking your package
All packages sent via trackable services and will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Halo & Co is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with the shipper. All customers are encouraged to contact the shipper about a missing or undelivered package. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is preordered or back ordered, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as the order is placed with us. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as the order is submitted on haloandco.com
It is important to us you are totally happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags must not have been removed if the seals are broken it will void any return. Items must be in the same condition as when it was received by you. Returns/Merchandise must be received by Halo & Co within 14 days from the time of receipt. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Please ensure returns are handled as the returns policy below:
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Refunds can take up to 14 days.
It is up to you how you wish to return your order but we recommend you have insurance for the parcel as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please be aware do not refund the postage to you nor the return costs.
How to complete a return
We require you email us so that we can issue a Return Authorisation number.

Once reviewed we will email you with a returns authorization number
If returning an international order please be aware we are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items.
Please be advised that for International orders returns or exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations in the UK. If you request a return of your order or refuse your shipment and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.

For all repair inquiries, email firstname.lastname@example.org include your name, description, a photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you a Repair number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 3-5 weeks to complete. All repairs are chargeable and agreed at the time.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Purchases from stockists
Items purchased through any other merchants must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the store that you originally purchased the piece from.
